A complete after-hours call script and the instructions to paste into an AI receptionist (or give to an answering service).
A cleaning business owner tested several AI systems for after-hours calls. One booked paid jobs; another did nothing for sales
The winner booked paid jobs overnight on its own but couldn't remember past callers.
What they did
A r/cleaningbusiness owner tested Housecall Pro, Jobber, Allclean and MaidCentral for after-hours calls, shared the best result, and asked what others use.
How it went
Per the post, Allclean's AI booked jobs fully on its own; the owner wakes up to new, already-paid orders from calls. Housecall Pro's AI was 'just a better voicemail' with zero effect on sales. The gap: it doesn't yet recognize context from earlier calls with the same customer.
Worth knowing
Test tools on the same kind of calls and measure booked, paid jobs, not 'calls answered.' Expect gaps with repeat customers.

Same truck, same prices. The only change was replying first.
A counter-story from the customer's side: the bot didn't know the price of the company's own maintenance plan.
One said Bland took about two weeks of tuning. Another said multi-topic callers broke theirs.
