A 3-message follow-up sequence you can send by hand or load into your software.
A solo pressure washing owner pastes each lead message into Claude and gets a draft in his voice in 30 seconds
He approves, edits or rejects every draft, and says to pick 2 AI tools and go deep.
What they did
@dominikmartinX says he runs a pressure washing company plus two other brands alone, with no team or VA. For customer communication he built a system that drafts replies in his voice: paste the lead's message, get a draft in 30 seconds. He also batch-plans a week of content every Monday.
How it went
He approves, edits or rejects every draft, but "the first draft is never from scratch anymore." He says AI removed about 3 hours of setup that used to come before the real work, and warns against subscribing to 12 tools: "Pick 2. Go deep."
Worth knowing
He still writes the final version of every important message. Feed the AI 10 of your real past replies so the drafts sound like you.
